We stopped in Yanni's on the way to the High Line for a coffee to go. I asked if I could get an iced flat white, since I was in an espresso mood and they were able to do it for me. I love that the barista confirmed that it's basically just an iced latte with less milk. Why yes, that's exactly what I wanted! Coffee was solid and I appreciated that oat milk add-on was just 50 cents. I'm very used to the $1-$2 upcharge at most other places.

This is maybe my third review ever but I'm compelled to write because Yanni's makes an excellent cup of coffee!. It's amazing how few coffee shops can accomplish this. They even added steamed milk and sugar which never happens. My wife had a latte that she also loved.

I came here recently with my friend to get coffee. There is limited seating-- just some counter seats along the perimeter of the cafe. I had a hot drip coffee and my friend had an iced dirty chai. Both drinks were good!

Cute Coffee Shop find here in the WS. Everyone was kind and patient with us, and the inside was small, light, and clean. We got iced vanilla lattes which I tasted it to be more on the sweeter side, and their butter croissants. The coffee itself was smooth and tasty and their croissants omg , we finished it in less than 5 minutes! Definitely recommend this place and need to come back!

favorite coffee I've found in Manhattan, espresso is great, cortado was awesome, prices are on the high end but worth it. The oatmeal white chocolate cookie was also great, soft texture, not too sweet, very nice with coffee shop is pretty small, some counter seating around the edges but I wouldn't plan to stay all that long (they do offer wifi)

The espresso here is so freaking good. I just opted for an iced latte with almond milk, nothing fancy, and the drink absolutely blew me away. The espresso had a bit of a nutty flavor and the milk was perfectly balanced with the depth of the espresso -- not too milky at all. Wish I lived closer... I would be a local! Only con is there is no bathroom in here and very limited seating, and it is very popular on weekends.

Very cute and welcoming café. There was a cute dog with a patron when I walked in and a few other people seated at the window tables. I actually really enjoyed my iced oat milk Matcha latte and the white chocolate oatmeal cookie was so delicious. Will be returning!!

My only regret was not getting a cookie with my latte, which was great. It smelled absolutely incredible in there. It's a cozy spot with limited seating. I went at an off time in the afternoon and it was still pretty packed! A little expensive but worth it, and I'll be back again for that chocolate chip.

Yanni's is a locally-owned coffee shop in the Chelsea 'hood offers coffee and baked items. I had the mocha with whole milk, extra hot - it could have been more hot, but I enjoyed it so much, that I didn't really mind. This was super delicious, and probably one of the best mochas I've had! Staff could have been more acknowledging in terms of patrons coming in and taking orders; there was a slight lull at the cashier. There are only a handful of seating, but most get their items to go. Great caffeine pick-me-up if you're in the area. +mocha +limited seating
